We’ve selected a handful of our favourites to help make your New Year’s  resolutions that little bit more achievable. 

Myfitnesspal
Myfitnesspal is a free diet and exercise tracker with over 6 million foods on its database, making it easy to log activity, identify unhealthy eating patterns and calculate how much you should be eating based on your energy consumption. Logging food is as simple as scanning the packaging using your phone camera!

Nike Training Club ?/ ?Run Club
Nike Training Club and Run club are sleekly designed to sync with Google Fit. Nike Running Club captures your running data and allows you to share it with friends, with monthly “GO MORE. Strava
Want to add a competitive streak to your workouts, or simply beat your own best time? Strava gives runners, cyclists and swimmers the tools to record routes, track speed, and log time using GPS support. You can even connect and share maps of your favourite routes and record times with friends on your Strava feed.
